These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of stretch ceiling installation services by Xezaki to customers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Orders may be requested via our website, by telephone, or by email. A request for a quote or a survey does not, by itself, constitute a binding contract. A contract between you and Xezaki is formed only once we have:
We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where a site survey reveals that the installation is not feasible, or where measurements cannot be confirmed.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, unless stated otherwise, include materials, labour and standard fitting for the specified area. Prices exclude any additional works identified after the quotation is issued, such as unforeseen structural repairs, unless these are agreed separately in writing.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quotation and may include a deposit payable before work commences, with the balance due on completion. We accept payment by the methods stated on your invoice or quotation. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may be revised if not accepted within that period.
If you are a consumer and the contract was agreed away from our business premises (for example, following a home visit or online booking), you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of confirming your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If installation has already commenced at your request within this period, a reasonable charge may apply for work carried out and materials used.
To cancel, please notify us in writing by email or post using the contact details above, clearly stating your order details and intention to cancel.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a remedy such as a repair or revisit. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly.
Xezaki will carry out installation work with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Except where caused by our negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from pre-existing defects in your ceiling, walls, or electrical fittings not disclosed prior to installation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the relevant service.
Our website sets a single cookie, cookie_choice_v1, which stores your consent preference for one year. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking scripts of any kind. Advertising measurement tools operate only after you have given consent, and only on the order confirmation page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
