About Xezaki

Xezaki was set up in Birmingham in 2015 by a small group of installers who had worked for larger fit-out contractors and wanted to focus on one thing only: stretch ceilings. Over the following years the team grew from a two-person operation to 14 specialists, and the workload moved from occasional domestic jobs to a steady mix of homes, offices and shopfronts across the city.

We plan the position of every cut-out during the measuring visit, working with your existing wiring layout or coordinating with your electrician if new points are needed. Ventilation grilles are positioned to keep airflow working as it did before.

Cost depends on room size, the finish chosen (matte, satin or gloss), the number of lighting points and whether the design includes multiple levels or colours.
